Product Warranty
We care about the quality of all GrossMeister products and guarantee their compliance with the stated characteristics.
All products purchased in our online store GrossMeister are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
During the warranty period, the buyer has the right to free defect elimination if they occurred through no fault of their own.
The warranty does not cover:
• mechanical damage;
• signs of improper use;
• natural wear and tear of materials;
• damage due to moisture, overheating, or storage in inappropriate conditions.
To receive warranty service, you must keep the receipt or document confirming the purchase.

Product Return
• You can return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
• Returns are possible provided that the product has not been used, is in complete packaging, and in its original packaging.
• Shipping costs for product returns are covered by the buyer (except for cases of defects or damage caused by the carrier).
• After receiving and checking the return, funds will be refunded in a convenient way for you within 3-5 business days.
